Where are you based?
We’re based on Sea Road in Sunderland and install blinds throughout the North of England.
Is there a charge for installation?
We offer a free survey and free installation. You simply need to choose your blinds and we’ll do the rest. There are no hidden costs.
What happens if I'm not happy?
We have a no quibble guarantee. In the unlikely event that you’re not happy with our products and service, we will do everything in our power to put things right, and won’t give up until you are completely satisfied.
How long do I need to wait for installation?
We promise the very highest standards of service and do our best to fit around your requirements. Our normal service is generally two weeks, but we can be quicker if required.

Made-to-Measure Service
Weekend Fitting
We make available a limited number of weekend fitting appointments. If you would like to use this service, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange this for you.
The Measure of us
Accurate measurements can be a difficult thing to get right, so we remove the stress from you by taking all measurements and all responsibility.
Fixed Time Appointments
Not only do we provide fixed times for all our consulatiations, but also our fitting. The only things hanging around all day are our blinds and curtains.
